Shipping Policy

Queen Flower provides flower delivery service within most of the Greater Sydney region.

Standard Shipping Fee

A Standard Shipping Fee of $15 is incurred for all orders.

Delivery Time

Due to daily logistics and traffic variables, we currently do not offer same-day delivery service and specific delivery time service. If you would like your delivery to arrive on or before the specific day, please place your order 2-3 days before the day. All orders will arrive on:

l   Monday - Sunday anytime by 7:00 p.m for residential deliveries

l   Monday - Sunday anytime by 5:00 p.m for business deliveries

l   Monday - Sunday anytime by 3:00 p.m for school deliveries

Unable to accept delivery

If the recipient is unable to accept a delivery when the delivery is made, the flowers will be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so. If it cannot be left safely, the number registered with the order will be contacted. So please make sure the phone is answered as a redelivery fee will be charged.

Queen Flower is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided. Please make sure to enter all the correct details at the time of order, and enter as much information as possible.
