PRESERVED FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS

How long do preserved flowers last? 

If properly handled and looked after, preserved flowers could last up to three years.

How do I care for my preserved flowers?

Make sure to keep it in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. No maintenance or water is required. 

DELIVERY

What are your delivery times? 

We deliver Monday to Sunday. Orders are delivered to places of residential addresses by 7:00 PM, business addresses by 5:00 PM and school addresses by 3:00 PM

Where do you deliver to? 

We deliver to all suburbs in Greater Sydney. 

How much is the delivery fee?

Our standard delivery fee is $15.

Do you offer same-day delivery? 

Currently, we only offer same-day delivery for preserved flowers.  

How will I know if my flowers have been delivered?

Our amazing courier will send a text to you once your order is on the way. Once your order has been delivered our courier will send you a delivery confirmation text. Please keep in mind that there may be multiple orders to be delivered in one day, so our couriers will try there best to deliver on time. 

ONLINE ORDER

When should I place my online order, so I can get them on time? 

For special occasions like funerals or weddings, we encourage you to place your online order 2-3 days in advance to get your order on a specific day.

For fresh flowers, we encourage you to place your online order one day in advance. 

Can I cancel my online order? 

Should you need to cancel your online, a cancellation fee will be incurred. 

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 40% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged $20 per order.
