Return & Refund Policy

Queen Flower requires any dissatisfaction with the flowers be communicated to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving your flowers by emailing servicequeenflower@gmail.com. If it is over 24 hours, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

IMPORTANT: To assist us in assessing the product quality, Queen Flower also reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging/vase/box as received.

 

The following conditions apply when cancelling an order:

ALL cancellations will incur an Administration fee. 

Cancellations received with LESS THAN 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 40% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of $20.00 per order.

Unfortunately, for all orders that are processed, we are unable to cancel the orders.
